This small urban house is the predominant artisan dwelling type in Stoneybatter’s thriving community in central Dublin. A two up two down arrangement of rooms was transformed and remodelled into a larger more spacious, open and modern living unit at ground floor while a new central oak Staircase and lightwell connects the first floor study, bathroom and master bedroom with access to a hardwood roof deck garden. The house is finished with natural materials of Oak, Slate, Herringbone, natural coir carpet and oiled Iroko bespoke hardwood Windows and Doors. RIAI regional awards shortlist and exhibition.
